Back in a couple of decades with us
French and German we learn
Little we attempt to speak
College to college we learn
With a simple Degree obtained

Most gainfully employed
Born in our minds the truth
In politics we learn the more
Alumni ready to defend

Even Adam and Eve slangs much
With degrees of kinds
PeeDee, PeeGee,UGees,PeeTees the acronyms born
Lecturers admirable if students amicable
Down the love garden beyond the streets
Eastern and western farms we practice

Computer house we built, the halls we live
The little we possess and much to perform
Degrees authentic in line with worlds
For cleanliness our ritual
From gate six to FOREM
With new structures erect
Much but little to list

To the world of choice we're known
Commonwealth varsities we belong
International organizations we're part
Checking new grounds to break
Too big to be small;such is ours
Biggest small campus too late to know

No light no water is no case
Because we show the light
Our food security authentic
Seasoned staff and students we train
Down eastern western farm our own
Great Umudyke we rapped
Unveiling our hall of fame

Is it technology,food or land?
Much of this we have
Little years more progress we boast
Have we achieved to relax?
